Volleyball players work together to raise the level of the team. So, why not workout together to enhance individual performance for the overall benefit of the team. A great exercise to improve leg strength important for all aspects of a volleyball game is the wall sit. This can be done with a partner to enjoy your workout and improve together. Frog Squats are also an great lower body exercise to increase strength of quadriceps, inner/outer thigh muscles, hamstrings, and glutes. Lower body strength and power are key to raising the level of your vertical jump and increasing stamina during volleyball matches.
