Core muscles not only help you stand erect in good posture at the shooting line, they also help your refine your stance when shooting at various distances. The plank exercise strengthens the transverse abdominis and the multifidus, a lower back stabilizer. Seated Rowing strengthens muscles in the upper back and shoulder important for shooting.
